Great staff in that they're both friendly and helpful, helped me and my cousin each get a great discount on a sale we didn't know about. And the times I've come before they have great variety and selection. I don't want to review it because more people will go haha but credit where credit's due.

I'm going back to the INSA medical marijuana store in Lake Placid! There is a cold, unfriendly, unhelpful atmosphere in this Truelieve today. One worker, no friendly greetings. Don't explain anything, and I felt like I had to pull answers to my questions from the only employee. Felt like I was bothering them even though no one was in there. Also, Truelieve doesn't allow you to stack discounts like they do at INSA Lake Placid store. I'm going back to INSA!

I have never been more disappointed or disrespected at any medical marijuana dispensary let alone anywhere else. They tried to rip me off and force me to spend $75 before I could access deals that at any other trulieve in Florida I would be able to access for free. The guy was rude. I will say it was clean however it’s new so should be expected. We were better off with the decent Japanese restaurant that used to be there now I see why it is always empty. I will not be back trulieve in Sebring is way better. The guy blamed management for the issue however I don’t understand how or why the manager would go against what every other trulieve in the state is doing. They lost me a very good customer. I will not be back to give them a second chance
