I work for a local university and we rent tables and chairs from Taylor on Florida Ave all the time. Windy has the best customer service in the industry! Always super helpful, friendly and works so well with me to get us all we need - even if I forget and order late! She has saved my butt numerous times!

Love the rental it was super easy The guys loaded everything into the truck for us

We rented a table 6 ft and 8 chairs it was an awesome time.

Never in my life experienced terrible customer service like this and I’ve been in the business for many years.

Set up an event with Bob the manager Friday and he told me to call back Monday with the address so I did. When I called back Monday he said I never set anything up with him and he couldn’t help me. I asked him could you call another branch and see if the could make the delivery and he flat out told me no.

He wouldn’t even call another branch to help me out I couldn’t believe that. A manager that turns away customer’s can’t be good for business.

30 years with the company he kept saying but his Inability to help me forced me to call another branch just to get service.

I called the Branch in Tampa talked to Trevor told he what happened and he got everything fixed in less than 10 minutes.

I wonder how much return business this company has lost due to their 30 year manager...

I rented a snow cone machine and paid for a gallon of syrup when the machine was returned he ask for the pump that goes in the gallon of syrup (REALLY) are you kidding me when i called the manager said that they wash them out and re bag them REALLY what kind of germ's are they spreading i know that they don't do the heat treatment that kill's germs the thing would melt I will never do business with them again.!!!!!!!!
