I rented a pressure washer for 24hrs and brought it back after only using it for 4hrs. I was under the impression that I was paying the full price since it was on me for misjudging how long I needed to rent the pressure washer. Instead Adam found me up in the main store while I was shopping, and handed me a receipt that showed I was refunded the difference, and only charged for the 4hrs that I used it. I was very surprised and thankful that they took care of that for me without me even asking. McKenzie and Sergio were also very helpful with taking care of my rental. They have great customer service skills and good attitudes.

We’ve been going to the True Value in Guerneville for years and the people working there are always great. Today we stopped by to pick up some paint and such for house projects that we need done soon. Dani gave us a lot of good advice for the paint and even provided us a recipe for some turkey chili while the paint was mixing! We definitely recommend this True Value, it’s one of our go-to spots whenever we’ve got a project.

This store is awesome, I moved to Guerneville a year ago and come in for all my home improvement projects. I can’t say enough about the girl that works there Dani! Every time I come in I look for her, she knows exactly where everything is and is sooo helpful. Dani has never batted an eye at my involved requests or off the wall questions. Total professional!

Motorcycle broke down & needed repairs.
The many times I walked in to buy parts and pieces, I was addressed by the staff every time I walked in the door.
Every staff person I interacted with was super friendly and helpful.

I went there on the way to the beach and they had the cutest cactus section. Only 4.99 a piece. They had nice soil selection. They had black gold cactus mix and seedling soil. Nice selection of terra cotta pots. 3 of the workers asked me if I needed help. It was nice. I liked it
