Richard was a pleasure to work with; professional and personable. I had to leave a message for my initial outreach and Richard responded within a few hours which was so appreciated as were able to schedule the appointment for the same week.
Arrival was within agreed upon time window with a call to let me know he was heading over - so helpful! Diagnosis was quick, repair cost shared immediately and thankfully he had parts in stock so repair was done same day. Cost was very reasonable especially with the turn time!
It’s wonderful to have a close and local business that is responsive and does great work! Any future issues, we’ll be calling Richard and Trinity Services without hesitation.

He worked with my schedule to find a time to do the diagnostic and repair visits and called me the day-of to confirm his timing. He did the repair quickly and even vacuumed out the oven.
