Tops cabinets are great! Solid plywood cabinets with quality hardware at a great price. They come in boxes, but they assemble them too for a very small charge, which I recommend for ease of installation. Bianca is GREAT! Professional and knows her stuff when it comes to designing your layout. As a contractor, Tops cabinets has done me well for several years now. I recommend them highly!

This is my second time buying my kitchen here. They helped me designing and offered real plywood materials, high quality, for a great price comparing with other places I checked. They are very easy to put together and install. 💯➕

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! NEVER AGAIN! Today I went to this establishment with my father to get a quote and compare it with another store. We arrived with the design and list ready, recommended by an acquaintance. We were attended by the salesperson Verônica, who showed a bad attitude from the start. We informed her that we just wanted the price since we had all the details. Despite that, Verônica repeatedly insisted on getting the last name and phone number of our ACQUAINTANCE, not ours, acting like this was an issue even after I explained that I didn’t know. (Is an acquaintance, not my husband!)

The situation got worse when she started arguing with my father, treating us rudely and disrespectfully. Verônica was extremely difficult to deal with, and it’s sad to see a 30-year-old woman acting like a child, preferring to lose a sale rather than simply doing her job, like showing the store and getting up to answer questions while we walked through the showroom. To top it off, she gave us an insanely high quote, literally double the price of the store where I usually shop. To my surprise, she did this on purpose, as later, at Home Depot, I bumped on my acquaintance and showed him the price Verônica had given us. He confirmed that the amount was wrong and that it was much higher than expected.

I do not recommend this store because they clearly inflate prices when they are “mad” at the customer is comparing quotes, they rather lose the client providing this type of attitude. The service and transparency were severely lacking.

Had a cabinet installed and years later, found dry wood termites. Three different exterminators told me it had to be from when the cabinet was installed as it was the only location and the timeline made sense. We tried calling to speak to someone, left messages, but never got a call back. Would never use them again.

I was indecisive about what I wanted for my kitchen until I went to Tops kitchen in Pompano. My neighbor recommended me to go there and I went and worked with Veronica, she was very understanding and patient with me from beginning to final choice and order. She took her time with helping me decide and I'm overjoyed with my decision. I love my new kitchen! 💯. Andre did cabinet installation and Demetrio from Best Buy M & G design install the counter tops. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone involved in making my kitchen my dream kitchen. Thank you once again Veronica, Andre and Demetrio, you guys rock!! Great customer service--worked with the nicest lady who really knew how to design a kitchen. They got us the product quickly and helped with some explanation on installation (we did it ourselves). The product is super high quality. Nothing but good to say, but make sure you get a good designer who really knows what they are doing. We shopped for cabinets and this was hands down the best value for the product.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. After going to a few cabinet stores and able to get nowhere, we came in one day with pictures of our kitchen and vanities. Bianca helped us through the entire process with such professionalism. She showed us a 3D rendering of our project and gave such helpful suggestions regarding the layout of the cabinets. Her team of installers is wonderful and very professional. The cabinets are all wood and great quality. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about my kitchen. I read some of the other reviews here and have to disagree. Bianca knows her product extremely well and if what you want cannot be accomplished, she will find other options and ways to make you happy.
