Finally visited Tootsies as friends told me I was missing out.

Loved the designated parking as well as valet parking.

The security guards greeted me upon entering the store, but not one of the salespeople.

The merchandise is interesting and definitely unique. Maybe I'll return when I'm more in the mood for shopping.

Visited this store a few weeks ago and was thinking about giving them another chance but upon reading other reviews I figured I would share my last experience. I am ashamed in the staff that this company hires. All but one member of staff was cold and rude to me my entire visit. You can tell that staff have inappropriate assumptions about each guest that walks in based on how flooded they are with brand name clothes and bags and treat customers differently depending on how much they believe they can milk out of their bank accounts. These people do not care about their customers experience at all and are only interested in your money. There are much nicer places to go in town with genuine help.
