Great store ,Amazing amount of stock , The knife selection was terrific, saw a fantastic plumbing aisle. Your associate "Larry" was a fantastic help . Donna at the register was so helpful also .Great customer service throughout the store This is a great place to go I would call this a Mighty Mini Big box store ! I worked the Orange box for almost 4 years ,I gotta tell you , you folks have nailed it as far as a plesant atmosphere to be in ! From the parking lot to the back door this place seemed very clean,safe ,and inviting .

This Ace hardware store rocks 👍👏💯
I visited on 11/17/24 about 6:00 in the evening looking for a dishwasher draining hose. I stopped a young gentleman with a beard, and I said hey I bought this mailbox key at the Winter Garden Ace hardware and it was wrong key altogether.
He checked and they had the right one in stock, I said can I return the old one and get the new one cut here he said let me check with the manager.
A young lady manager came up, I can see you purchased it at Winter Garden and we will cut it here for you with the proper key right now!! 👏

The gentleman with the beard pointing me to the aisle for the correct part for my dishwasher needs.
I grabbed my stuff went for the register.
Where is met by a really young lady who cashed us out and we had to do a phone number change to the household,
Which she promptly did right away and said I'll change it here and now it'll take effect in 24 hours, 👍

I don't know who's training your staff, but keep up the good work 💪
I personally live in Dr Phillips Windermere Florida and my Ace hardware does not have the customer service and the attention and detail that your store gives 👏👏👏
