We've had sprint for 12 years and they couldn't help lower our bill. April at T-Mobile hooked us up with 3 new phones and saved us $60 A Month. Great service and they work well together and are knowledgeable. It was busy but they spent all the time we needed.

Went to this location in late Sept. And talked to a rep. About phones. I have 4 lines already and wanted to see about getting 2 phones and they told me they had an offer of a BOGO on lines and they did the numbers and said after a trade in that it would be $15 for one line and the other would be free.. I was also told that it would be $15-$ 20 cheaper than my current bill of $288. I agreed as the numbers they told me seemed good.

I saw what my bill was going to be and i was concerned as it was way more than what i was told. I went in and I was told that it was a pro-rated of 320. Which i was not told and especially with it being so close to my cycle. Which they didn't anything but say "ohh, I'm sorry we didn't mention it"

Then I called customer care today as I saw they took the $320 and inquired about the amount and they proceeded to tell me that my next bill would be $302.. this is nothing close to what I was told. So went into the store and was told "ohh.. well that $302 was really good" and "well what I was told in store didn't include the phone payment and that is why it is why it is that much"

The Manager was new to the location and came up with a "option" they can take the phones back but there would be a restock fee of $70 each phone and delete the lines. Here is the catch.. they already got one phone for trade in and put $800 towards idk wtf... so, if I decide to to the return the phone i loose the phone we traded and still have to pay $70 for the return of one of them. And would have no phone..

This was as far as I'm concerned a BAIT AND SWITCH . DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE STORES ANYWHERE!!! THEY GET PAID BASE AND COMMISSIONS AND WILL SAY WHAT SOUNDS GOOD AND THEN NOT HONOR ANYTHING!!! THEY WILL ALSO GIVE BS RESOLUTIONS WHERE YOUR STILL SCREWED!!

I HAVE BEEN WITH SPRINT/T-MOBILE FOR 18 YRS AND WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CARRIER AS THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT LOYALTY AND DOESNT MATTER. YES, OTHER COMPANIES DO THE SAME BUT THIS IS JUST BAD!!

Side note they didn't even do the sim card correctly for the phone and had to go in twice to get it fixed so there 1 phone that didn't work for a week..

The store inadvertedly setup an additional line when i upgraded my S21 to S24. I traded in my S21 and assume an additional line to get full credit of $800 for the S24 phone. For some unknown reason, another line was created tied to my old phone that i traded in that i did not authorized. I brought this to the attention of the store manager a month later after getting an inflated bill. He promised to give me a credit of $100. This never happenned, and i paid the inflated bill through my autopay. I went back to the store, and the other store manager claimed she never heard of this issue which was well documented through customer service. No accomodation whatsoever...worst customer service ever

After a not so good experience at a previous store. Walking into this one was a breath of fresh air. I had to wait a few minutes while other customers were being helped but it was well worth the wait. Izzy and Brianna M made me feel like old friends. Beyond helpful in every sense of the word and I appreciate it so much. Happy with my purchases. Thank you
