She is very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets ! She showed up on time with all of her equipment! Even cleaned my couches and steamed my drapes. TLC even removed the dog urine out of the carpet that several other professional cleaners were not able to. Definitely recommend for any services.

We were looking for carpet for a rental house and and the first quote we got from the big box store was a 6 week installation time frame. We call TLC and got them the measurements stopped by the store the next day to look at samples. Later that afternoon they called and said they could have a crew there the next day. The show room is extensive & the staff very helpful. This is my second time to use TLC. We just had 500 plus sq. feet of floor tile replaced. The work crew, again, was pleasant, easy to work with & did a great job. Any small question or concern is dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. I recommend using TLC in Craig for flooring.
