Extremely accommodating and professional! When the order for my hot water tank was delivered, a Titan employee, Demetri, came right away to install. Unfortunately, the building informed Demetri that he wouldn't be able to install on that day and had to come back at another time (this was on me, not Demetri). He called me, wasn't upset, and really worked with me and the building to get the job done. On top of that, the work was done efficiently and quickly. I'm very appreciative of this and would recommend to anybody in the area looking for a great plumbing and electric team.

The technician, Ariel, was great. He came out on time, evaluated my problem, and was able to provide an answer and recommendation quickly. The reason why they are losing stars is because my issue was impacting my ability to do laundry - I explained that I was ready to do whatever needed to be done quickly so I could wash my clothes again. He advised he would be sending an estimate over in a few hours and went on his way. This was Tuesday morning. I didn't get the estimate until Friday morning, almost a full 72 hours after he left. Due to my need to get the issue fixed quickly, I decided to go with another company who was able to come out and give me an estimate and schedule the service all within a few hours.

Titan Plumbing was very responsive on a Saturday for our emergency call. I heard water running, saw that the water meter was running continuously, but couldn’t find the leak. Ariel arrived promptly, figured out where the leak originated from and repaired it. It was expensive, but I feel confident that it was repaired correctly as he was very knowledgeable and kept us informed the entire time. I highly recommend Titan.

Plumber Victor Kelly (see my separate review re Electrician) is outstanding in his chosen field and EQUALLY awesome in his customer service expertise and polite beyond words.
We engaged Titan Plumbing to remove our hot water and replace with a tankless. Victor worked seamlessly with the plumber to complete the job.
Will never call another electrical nor plumbing contractor.
I should also note that their scheduler, Letiicia, was a pleasure to speak with.
I live in a condo and intend to provide this review to my fellow residents.

Saw a billboard for $895 for a new hot water heater and knowing that mine was over 20 yrs old I called and sure enough- that was the deal! (I had gotten 3 other estimates all over $1200)
David with Titian showed up on time, and took extra care with my old pvc pipes not to crack them, installed a new valve and clean up afterwards. He showed me how to empty the tank 1xper yr to extend the life of the tank and when all was done he charged me exactly what I was quoted! David was knowledgeable professional and courteous. And the company was great to work with explaining all the charges over the phone. I would recommend everyone go check how old your h20 tank is and if it needs to be replaced, do it now while they have a great special!

I just wanted to say that ALWAYS but particularly after this year’s hurricanes - Titan is the only business I can rely on to show up when they say they will be there. Months after the storms blew through, we struggle to work with any company because the supply chain is so limited. We understand these are challenging times, but I wish all companies were as honest as Titan. Also - Titan’s field technicians are not only highly skilled but very kind. Demetri and Corbin came out to help with unclogging our sink and it was a big job and they took the time and made sure everything was running great! They went the extra mile to make sure we wouldn’t have any more problems. I highly recommend! Thanks guys!
