I was in a situation where my only half-worn Michelin summer tires on my Kia Sorento didn't give me much confidence just before a trip to New England in December. I looked online at several tire shops in the Inverness area, and chose a set of Firestone all-season tires from Tires Plus. Ordered them online, but could not schedule them in time for my trip so I had to call back to schedule installation and they were happy to accommodate me. When I arrived, they informed me that they only had three tires in stock and offered me two different choices at the same price. I chose the tread pattern that I knew would be great for AS tires in New England snow. I spent several years myself in the tire business, and this is how I would have handled the situation back in the day. I once worked for a Bridgestone dealer, and now I see TP is owned by Bridgestone. Four tires mounted and balanced in under one hour, with outstanding customer service at a fair price. Tires Plus for me from now on! (My truck will be needing a new pair of Bridgestone front tires soon ... guess where I'm going!) I wish I could give a ten-star review for Tires Plus of Inverness, FL!

Unless you physically stand at the counter and watch them enter your appointment don’t waste your time. I called on Saturday because I have a screw in my tire and was told come by and we’ll look at it. Came by and got oh no, don’t know who told you that you need to book an appointment. So I call for an appointment they say we have a 2:00. Bring it in at 2:00 and get told well we don’t have you here in the system. You need to be patient the wait will be 3-4 hours. Really for a screw that I’ve been here twice and set an appointment for. Won’t be back and sadly they don’t k ow it but they service my fleet vehicles - not any more

If you can afford it hats off to you . $110 for a full synthetic oil change on a four-cylinder car 🤯 it only holds four and a half quarts . Can buy a 5 quart jug and filter at Walmart for around $30 . And takes them barely five minutes to accomplish task 🤣 and then I had two tires replaced there . Within 2 weeks started to have ribs show through the sidewall on one of them . Call them to see what I could do and was told to bring it in and they would just look at it . Almost as if something I did caused one of the tires to do that . Luckily sold the vehicle didn't need to get involved with tires Plus anymore Lol .

We had metal valve stems punctured by metal hubcaps on our RV. Even though this type of vehicle was not serviceable at their shop, the staff was very helpful and helped us get the spare tire on so we could go to a shop that works on RVs. We are very grateful and would recommend this shop to anyone that needs tires. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for the great service.

Multiple times I've scheduled an appointment through their app that confirms services need and time of appointment. I take off work and arrive just you learn that they have quietly rescheduled the appointment and that I "should have received an email." If they can't bother to give adequate notice and confirm that I am aware of the change, then they aren't getting my money.
