It was wonderful. I showed up at 4:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon.

Hunter was great. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and his voice was very calming. He even offered me a veteran discount. He explained all about the work that was going to be done, and all the warranties afterwards. He checked on me several times while they were doing the work on my car.

Kevin is the young man that we moved my tires and wheels, replace new tires on the wheels and return them to the car. He checked out my full front end and rear of the car. He showed me where any problems were and explain to me different ideas of how to fix them. He was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and very light-hearted when he spoke. It made the time more calming in relaxing.

Scott is the gentleman that did my four wheel alignment. He explained everything that he was going to do. He also checked out the front and rear end of the car. He showed me what was wrong and how to correct it. He also gave me tips on replacing the strut assembly and rear shocks. His voice was very calming. He was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.

This was one of the best places that I have been to in years for any mechanical work. I never once felt lied to, cheated, or treated with sexism. Everything was explained to me, in words that I could understand not being a mechanic. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Great service. Great attitude and energy from all the people there. Kevin, help me determine the problem in my car, gave me viable solutions, and not trying to make me waste money. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes, changing two front tires.The guy at the front desk, was also very nice and pleasant. I thank these people as my trip did not take more than 30 minutes delay to see my family.

I had a tire emergency right before Christmas after traveling from the Orlando area, somehow picking up THREE nails in my back tire. My car doesn’t have a spare and fortunately I had a portable air pump that got me to the shop. My husband called ahead of time to alert the employees that I was on my way and they took care of me as soon as I got there. While they didn’t have a tire in my size to replace the one I had, they patched each hole which gave me time to order my new tires where I live. The best part was they didn’t even charge me! I wasn’t expecting this at all and I was so grateful! If they treat everyone in the community the way they treated me, the people are lucky to have this store around!! I highly recommend this shop and if I lived here I’d definitely be doing business on a regular basis with them.

The best service I could ever imagine. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. While doing that they found a nail in a tire and plugged it for me. Re-set my diagnostics, checked my fluids and the price could not be beat. That is why I always bring my car here. I heard them speaking with another customer- kind, compassionate people, they tried to come up with an affordable solution for her. I have never heard anything like that.

I thought I needed an oil change in my car. The notification had come on in my car messages, and every now and then after I would drive I could smell burning oil, which I thought was odd, considering I had just had it worked on a while back for a leak. I had gone somewhere else initially to see if they could fit me in, they turned me away and told me to come back Monday, but I really wanted to get it done THAT DAY. I had a sleeping 2 year old in the back of the car, so when I pulled in the Tire Outlet parking lot, at the risk of being turned away again, I called instead of taking the time to get myself and my toddler unloaded. But when I called, the lady I spoke with was so sweet and helpful. She said for me to go on in, and next time for my comfort I could just wave someone down and ask from my car instead of having to wait on the phone. They did say it was going to be 1.5-2 hour wait, but the fact that they were willing to take me anyway was fine with me! The waiting room was comfortable, there was a TV, and plenty of magazines. The oil change was even less than I expected it to be, and the time call they gave was pretty accurate, it was closer to 1.5 hour time than the 2 hours. I really appreciate them putting up with me just showing up! I only heard them turn away customers when it was much too close to closing time, or a bigger job that wouldn't take more than a few minutes. They're all about putting customers first. ?

I was very impressed with the service and the employees were amazing. They were not high pressered and they saved me a lot of money. They could have sold me a tire that I did not need. I came out of there with a bill less than $25. I love them and will make this my go to place for all my needs that they offer.

Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and FAST! I booked online last night at midnight, got up headed right over. They had all my details which made it as simple as handing them the keys!
