We had a very large job. We replaced the flooring in our entire upstairs with tile that looks like wood floors. LOVE IT. They gutted and remodeled 3 full baths and a 1/2 bath. We had small issues that we had to compromise on due to the way our house was built... you know walls not being straight etc, that is to be expected. They did a beautiful job in the bathrooms, they came out amazing. Their tile work is wonderful, even the shower door installer complimented their work. (Orlando and Santana are their tile guys). We ran into small issues and Steve always found a way work things out to our approval. Living in the middle of all of it was interesting (not in a good way) all of his workers were polite. We are happy with all of the work that was done. I think they are easy to work with...we didn't have a problem. I would recommend them for sure.

We had a very large floor tile project and love the job that was done. The staff in the store (Steve and Maria) helped us find the look and color we wanted. The install crew (Orlando and Santana) were prompt, friendly and worked extremely hard. The entire project was finished when promised and would highly recommend them. Thank you - Debary, FL!

The workmanship this company did on the floor tile installation in my house was so bad that over 100 tiles separated from the floor. The living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and front hallway all came up. The job was ceramic floor tile throughout my house, and took place on 9/27/08. The problems started well within the 3 year warranty period, but I did not report it at that time because they were no longer in business at that location. When I decided to fix the loose tiles, so many of the tiles had come loose that I decided to find out if they were in business somewhere else.When I confronted the owner about fixing the problem, he refused, saying it could have been caused by many things, and that there was no way of knowing what caused it. He refused to do any rework since it was out of warranty. Other tile installers have agreed that the cause of the problem was that the thin-set was too dry and did not adhere to the tiles. A tile job should not completely fall apart after 3 years. Warranty or not he should have taken responsibility for such terrible job and either repaired it or refunded my money! I should add that the kitchen cabinet job he did was also terrible. Do NOT do business with this guy if you can possibly avoid it!

The subcontractors are subpar while doing demolition on a wood floor in a home they did not cover with plastic any furniture it was disgusting Dusty mess Had to be professionally cleaned. they also broke the oven door glass and did not offer To repair or replace it.This elderly woman Has nowhere to go with her pain and frustration of being taken advantage of..

I have watched this company work on my friends home. The job was a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel and tile most of the house. I have NEVER witnessed such poor scheduling of time and workmanship. The tile floor is so uneven, which they did replace some, BUT it should have been done right the first time. Her kitchen remodel took way too long. Once cabinets went in it took them DAYS to get the counter tops in and then DAYS to get the plumbing done. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST EMENY
