Tile Designs has become our go to for everything tile. Deb is always a pleasure to work with and makes great recommendations. They have so many choices to choose from, but she helps to explain what kind of tile would work best for your application and helps narrow down tasteful choices. I wouldn't recommend any other place for your tile needs.

We did a bathroom floor and shower as well as a kitchen backsplash with Tile Designs and could not be happier. They had a great selection of tiles and Debby was really helpful in helping us coordinate everything so that countertops, backsplash, cabinets all worked together,n. Colby from Grout EMT did a fantastic job on the install. Very reasonable and top notch work. Highly recommend!

Tile Designs of New England is hands-down the best and only source for your tile projects. Debbie is a "design genius" and the tile selection is vast and so unique. I wanted river rock on the shower floor, but knowing it is very porous and hard to maintain with my hard well water, she steered me towards recycled glass. I got the same look with a smooth, nearly maintenance-free shower. Suggesting Schluter edging instead of bullnose gave me a finished product that is clean, sleek and eye popping! We are finishing a complete kitchen renovation, and we got our backsplash from Tile Designs. The backsplash was the hardest part of the design choices! Debbie was very helpful in reviewing tile designs and assisting us with making our choices after 3 or 4 visits to the store (and visits to at least 4 other stores). We're very happy with the result, as we were with our bathroom renovation 10 years ago, and will use them again. Busy store, yes, but very helpful.

Customer service isn't their strong point. I went in a few different Saturdays to pick backsplash and barely was acknowledged no less helped. Store hours are way too limited for retail sales. It's forcing a lot of people there all at the same time on Saturday's.

I recently bought a large amount of tile from this place. I showed up to pick it up. Havung recently had back surgery, i was hoping someone would help me load it into my car. However, the woman at the front desk just showed me my tile and left, leaving me to move all of it, with a bad back. Needless to say, I have found 1 store I will never be returning to. Ever.
