The only reason for two stars is because some of the furnishings are nice. I was completely ignored and bypassed for other customers. Maybe they didn’t like that I was wearing a mask. Jeez. It used to be a great place! Tiffany and her dad were so nice to deal with. I’ve bought many piece here over the years. Sad that it has changed

We ordered our furniture on March 11. Not only have we not received it, they can't even tell us how far along the process is. We have a picture of one chair. We ordered two chairs and a sofa. No one can tell us anything. They can't provide any PO's for the order. My wife emails once a week and all we get is the run around, if we get any answers at all. I doubt we ever see our furniture. This place is a joke

Huh? $5000 sofa? The place looks like a second hand flea market. Unorganized, nothing really on display that wasn't marked SOLD. (Maybe couple items) Boxes everywhere...totally disorganized. It seemed clean. Staff was pleasant. Warehouse(?) Helper sitting on furniture towards back having lunch...just NOT the quality experience I expected.

Since you seem to respond to these reviews more than emails, please respond to this:

I am reaching out again as we are nearing the middle of August and have not received updated information nor the PO for the Stanley Chair Company order of our sofa and the two recliners. Please let me know ASAP the updated information and the PO. It is frustrating asking for the PO information again. According to the prior information provided our sofa was complete the second week of June - has that shipped yet? Our two recliners were to be in production in June - where do they stand currently? Shipping was to happen mid to end of August - you should be receiving information to confirm this from the manufacturer - please provide so we know that our order is in process and moving forward. If daily orders are placed it seems that Stanley Chair Company would want to get completed furniture out of the warehouse to provide space for completion of new orders as well as to be able to bill their and receive their money to keep moving ahead.

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I needed furniture quickly and wasn’t able to visit the store so Pam went above and beyond to help me! It was a great experience and we will be visiting them again soon I’m sure of!!

Ordered and paid for patio furniture on June 1st 2022 only to find out 30 days later my order was never put in. 2 months later still no furniture. Not very happy right now.
