I shopped all over town, then my buddy reminded me where he purchased his washer/dryer a few years ago. Kacey took my son and I under his wing and showed us everything they had. He answered all of my questions and gave us recommendations about brand vs. brand. He also has service experience and gave me the ins and outs of all the manufacturers. I am a small business owner myself and I really appreciated Kacey sharing his knowledge with me. I had a chance to meet Tyson, the owner of Thrive. I felt confident in my purchase and found something better (more options) than what I was looking for at half the cost of big box stores even with "Black Friday" sales going on. I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a great deal for fantastic appliances. They loaded it for us in my sons truck with care and I could not be happier about my purchase. Really enjoyed my experience grabbing a new fridge from Thrive Appliance. Tyson was super helpful when making the purchase and even helped me load the fridge onto my trailer. We love our new fridge and we got it for a great deal!

This is the second time I’ve done business with Thrive Appliance. The first was when we bought our house three years ago and bought all new appliances from Thrive Appliance. This time we bought a single refrigerator for our basement which we’re turning into an apartment for our daughter and grandkids. I had the pleasure of doing business with Tyson, one of the owners, and he really took care of us. The refrigerator was delivered today by Rustys Appliance Installation. My wife told me Rusty did exactly what was promised, was on time and was a gentleman. Thrive Appliance was great both times I did business with them. I highly recommend them for any appliance needs. We purchased a used washer from Thrive in January 2024, believing we were buying directly from Thrive and that it came with a 1-year warranty as the salesman said. However, when the washer malfunctioned recently and displayed an error code, we contacted Thrive only to discover that we had actually bought from a third-party seller operating under the name Prime Appliance. After being tossed around, Prime Appliance informed us that the warranty was only 90 days, leaving us frustrated and feeling deceived. Despite Tyson’s efforts at Thrive, the management has not taken responsibility or offered a solution. We had originally thought we were dealing with Thrive, not a third party, and now we hesitate to give them a positive review due to this situation.
