The first time I ordered flowers, the warned me they might have to substitute some flowers and the arrangement might not be exactly what I ordered but the would do their best. I was satisfied with the substitutions (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). The second time I ordered, a lady called and said they had to substitute the vase but said nothing about the flowers (which was fine). The arrangement I ordered was very colorful and beautiful. However, what was delivered was ridiculous! Mostly white and 1 or 2 red, generic flowers that did not even remotely look like what I paid for. When I called to ask what happened, the lady gave me some line about flower availability “due to COVID-19” and they did their best. Her only solution was to take back the flowers from my mom and deliver them when they get more (possibly some time later that week). I could have had my nephews pick better flowers than what I paid $50 for! Next time I will have someone buy flowers from Safeway instead of waste my $$ on “their best”. I called to order a casket spray for my mother-in-law. My husband wanted something simple, because his mom would not have wanted something extravagant. The florist made a beautiful arrangement of daisies and roses that was perfect. I was very happy with the service, communication and dollar amount considering how expensive casket sprays can be. She assured me she would make it beautiful within the budget we talked about, and she did.

After a recent death in the family I asked that the shop confirm that my relatives were home prior to creating or delivering the flowers. Not only did that meet my request they called me to let me the flowers had been delivered! Friendly and superb service!

Wowza, when I saw this bouquet I was shocked. Didn't know whether to laugh or be mad. I ordered one dozen roses. 2 of the 12 were the size of a quarter. 5 of the 12 were a about the size of a 50 cent piece. The other 5 were nice-ish . I won't mention the arrangement.
That's just the bouquet problem. I requested a morning delivery which didn't happen which is fine as it is a request not a guarantee. Well at 1100ish I called and they said the were coming this way soon. At 230 I called back and they said they were processing the last one and they would be here after stopping in a couple other towns first. Well I had made dinner reservations so she didn't get to see them until Sunday. When the lady called me as they were being left on the porch, I told her we had to go out of town so my GF wouldn't get them until tomorrow. All she had to say was, oh ok well we will leave them on the porch. No sorry for it being 430 and telling me soon at 1100. Just terrible service and product.
