I love the garden & home accessory collection that the Well offers. I have bought a number of gifts there, & am hoping to get one of their lovely stone fountains some day! My only complaint is when I attempted to call, during business hours, them an automated voice answered & said that no was available to answer the phone & then hung up. No option to leave a message & receive a call back. Hopefully it was a glitch, & they’re working on their phone system.

Do NOT put off a visit here.
This is the go-to place for amazing home & garden features. My advice to you is, if you see something you like, GET-IT-NOW! Because if you don't buy the one of a kind piece you see, the person right behind you will!
If you're looking for unique, one of a kind pieces, or need something custom built for your home, they will do an exceptional job.

Went to purchase some furniture here at The Well. The owner and employee welcomed me at first with my two pups. They both seemed kind and friendly and the owner claimed that they are dog friendly, and they love to have dogs over. Keep in mind, we were in the outdoor area. She commented on how gorgeous my pups were. Shortly after, my youngest had to go, and of course they are just pups so I couldn't prevent or stop him from going. The owner shouted from across the way pointing out my pup was doing his business. I took out a poop bag to pick up his business. Quickly and hypocritically, the owner went in the shop where my friends were shopping for items as well. Mind you, the owner not knowing my friends were there began to express out loud how I didn't have control over my pups and how they shouldn't even be there to the employee. She then asked the employee to, "handle it." I waved to my friends to show them the furniture I was wanting to purchase. Then, in shock, maybe embarrassment, that the owner got caught, told my friends she didn't know they were with me. One of my friends, instantly got upset because now the owner toned her voice and changed her persona once she found out we were all together. After picking up my pups business, I realized my friend confronted the owner. The owner was acting innocent, claiming she did not know why my friend was upset. My friend recapped the owners behavior in front of me, and I understood why my friend was upset. The owner grabbed my friends arm and tried to take my pups leash from her hand. The owner was aggressively and forcefully, pushing herself on my friend and my pup. My friend asked her to not touch her or our dogs. We all told her we were leaving and if the pups weren't actually "welcomed" the owner should have said something, or should have had a sign posted outside of her establishment stating, "No Dogs Allowed." The owner claimed we didn't have to leave. However, we were incredibly applaud, humiliated and upset with what happened from the owners demeanor, that we left. Never will we be entering that establishment, or referring our friends and acquaintances to it. Someone who is an owner that badmouths their customers, especially out loud and in public, should not be in business. If you have a fur baby, please save yourself the bedevilment as this place IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY.

I recently had (another) pleasure of shopping at "The Well," a luxurious outdoor go-to destination for those seeking sophistication in their outdoor living. We visit every time we pass through town. The store offers a curated collection of high-end outdoor, garden, and home furnishings… beautifully showcasing a perfect blend of style and functionality. Suzy's attention to detail is evident in her hospitality to customers.10/10

We love visiting this charming little shop while in the area. They have the best garden decor and outdoor fountains. We have purchased a few items over the last year, my wife says this is her favorite shop in the area. We will be back!

WOW!! What a treat! Fell deeply in LOVE with this magical space and all of it's amazing treasures! This place is a must stop and shop while in Summerland.
Shane(the owner) and all of his incredibly talented and friendly staff/family,friends
/collaboraters are a delight and their passion for design,creativity and esthetic excellence are world class! I can't wait to go back and wander the grounds of this stunning oasis!
Do yourself a lovely and visit this special place and then have lunch (a mere stone's throw away )at Field + Fort(fab spot with a great farm fresh menu)

This store is a wonderland! The best outdoor space I have ever seen. Amazing pieces and not cluttered. Beautiful display. Very friendly staff as well. Can’t wait to go back
