Absolutely brilliant 1st class service for repairing a machine we brought 3 years ago from Wash House.. They understood my call was urgent and sent MARTIN today. He called before arrival and was here early. Problem all sorted and he took time to explain all the features and did filter. Best engineer experience ever. Thankyou so much on behalf of my mum and dad.

We have just purchased a washing machine from The Wash House. This is our third purchase of white goods from them. You are guaranteed great service and knowledgeable advice. My criteria was top environmental performance/economic energy use and a quiet operating sound level. We were recommended a Siemens machine. It was delivered within two days (even though it was ordered on a Saturday) by two polite and efficient chaps. They arrived on time, took away the old machine and fitted the new without any drama.
The machine is great and much quieter than the previous machine. I am particularly happy with the vario program, which speeds up the wash cycle, useful when the solar power generation is not constant, and the eco wash function when the sun is not shining.

My washing machine broke yesterday evening with washing still in it. Looked online at The Wash House this morning, ordered and paid for a new washing machine at 8.30 this morning and it was delivered by 11.30 am! The two delivery people were amazing, really helpful and went above and beyond. Really impressed and would happily buy from them again. Thank you.

Excellent from start to finish. When I visited the store the salesperson was welcoming and even let me park my bike inside. Rob was helpful and informative and helped me decide on a dishwasher which was delivered on Easter Saturday. The delivery people were efficient and were not happy until the inbuilt machine was correctly installed. They even replaced the skirting/fascia board, having cut it to accommodate the door opening correctly - no more kicking the board every time I open/close the dishwasher.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough - thank you.

Went to buy a fridge freezer. Small independent white goods store. Very knowledgeable personal service. Prompt delivery and installation. Definitely recommend. I will be buying my dishwasher from them too in the new year rather than Currys!

Needed a slimline dishwasher ,salesperson called John looked straight away ,and delivered on a Saturday morning by two really helpful and efficient men ,called Chris and Paddy ,well done to both ,the whole experience was great from start to finish ,this is the second appliance I've bought from them ,and certainty would recommend them to everyone well done ?
