The owner and staff were great help to me in selecting wallpaper. Price was reasonable and I like the fact that you actually see the colors and feel the texture vs. just ordering on-line. They recommended an installer that was excellent. Our dining room wall looks beautiful! Now I want to purchase a rug from them!

Rude and unprofessional from the start. They insisted that we pay 100% of the cost of our window treatments before we even get to see them. Never delayed a single payment to them during the process. Anyone ever heard of that before? NO! The paperwork says balance due on delivery, but apparently they don’t even adhere to their own policies. Our six week job is now in month seven and we have yet to see anything. We had to call the POLICE to get our window treatments today Do not do business with this company or the partner store Jonathan’s interiors he is also involved

Kevin, your response below is absurd and so fabricated it’s not worth responding to your lies. Nothing below is the truth, Iand to say that you didn’t insist on getting paid in full before she was able to see the product is a complete lie as well. Why do you think we called the police, they didn’t come to pet your dog, they came because you wouldn’t even let us see the product before it was paid for in full. I’m happy to post the police report and the threatening text messages sent to my wife by your pal. The only consistent thing is everyone seems to think you guys are rude just look on Angie’s list and Facebook and others, nothing on there with anything other than you’re rude. It’s never my intention to put good people out of business. You’re doing a very good job yourself alienating your clientele there’s no need for me to assist. Enjoy your Christmas coal

I was visiting from Canada, and came here to buy some wallpaper for a bathroom reno. We don't have a lot of options here in Canada. I was blown away by the selection and the customer service. I thought shopping for wallpaper would be painful, but the gentleman that helped me made it quick and painless. I had a sample of the tile from our bathroom, and he brought out some samples. I fell in love with one of them immediately. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend this store and would shop here again!

I was introduced to the Wallpaper Store and Kevin by my decorator. I am not exactly an experienced decorator but just trying to finish off my new house. I had a theme in mind and Kevin was able to direct my search and help me find the perfect look for what I was trying to accomplish. Almost too many choices. Super friendly and fair pricing.

I've never encountered such hostility and fear around the owner of their wallpapers being ordered online rather than through them. I get that. But the energy was very off-putting. I will NEVER go back again. They need an energy shift around trust. Unreal. That negative energy is actually attracting the very thing they're afraid of. 😵‍💫

BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered custom window treatments on June13, was told they’d be finished by end of July. After months of excuses, in DECEMBER we were told they were finished but Johnathon expected us to pay in FULL BEFORE we even saw them!! Kevin the owner resorted to screaming at me in the store. I cannot begin to describe how RUDE they BOTH were. We finally decided just to pick up the treatments and worry about installing ourselves. I went to the store with check in hand but they REFUSED TO EVEN SHOW ME THE TREATMENTS before they got their $$$ We had to call the POLICE to do the exchange. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND RUDE!!!!! I should’ve read the reviews, apparently this is business as usual for them!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Our first mistake was not checking your reviews and reading the terrible way you treat your customers. We have no experience in purchasing wallpaper and we thought you as professionals could direct and properly inform us but that was not the case! The way we were treated was horrible, never experienced anything like it before. You obviously put sales before customer service and that's the Real truth!!!
