We love this mid-century modern teak table we picked up from the Vintage Chair! Susan was very helpful in sharing the history and workings of the table. She even met us halfway to get the table back to Gainesville. Really nice folks who love the history in each beautiful piece in their shop. *We also picked up a really Nice wooden serving bowl there. Will definitely be stopping by again anytime we are in Orlando!

This place is amazing!!! Friendly staff, cheap drinks, mimosa beer for$4 and I got a cider for special, $3… I was really craving one today but my usual cider place was closed… and I paid less than half the price!!! I’m so happy I just happened upon this place on my walk! It’s really worth it… have to try the comfortable chairs!!!

What a gem! A vintage shop and bar in one—my absolute dream! The shop is super cozy and welcoming. As soon as you walk in, Susan is there to greet and entertain you. Everyone who walks in is so friendly too! There’s some amazing vintage pieces here, from furniture to kitchen ware, knick knacks, jewelry and linens! The prices are affordable and there’s no way you can walk out of here empty handed! They’ve created such a welcoming and homey environment! I can’t wait to bring everyone I know here!

I loooove The Vintage Chair! I have some really great pieces from them including a dining table w/ four chairs, planters, brass figurines, vases, etc. Susan has a wonderful collection of furniture, artwork, shelf decor and kitchen items. There’s even a little section for children which is super cute. This shop is easy to find with its blue exterior and there are plenty of parking spaces behind the building. If you like mid century modern, post modern, and vintage items you should definitely check this place out!

Very unique and eclectic store. Wide array of items for sale, from one of a kind chair to original turn of the century sofa. My choice and now pride and joy is a unique solid rock artistic carving. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the store lends itself to bringing your children; plenty of vintage toys and books for them too.

What a great find! My husband found some furniture posted for sale online, and it led to this little gem of a store. The owner, Susan, is such a sweet, fun, person. She has an interesting back story, and her thoughtfulness and intention is obvious as soon as you walk in the door. The store is full of fun vintage finds, funky art, awesome furniture, interesting conversations, and great people. The concept of sip & shop makes the store a great place to hang out even when you’re not in the market for something specific. Beer, Wine, and other refreshments make it a cozy and comfortable place to sit and relax or, you guessed it, sip and shop! She’s got a kids corner for the little ones to play in, and welcomes everyone with a smile. Do yourself a favor and wander in sometime. You won’t regret it. In case you’re not local, but see some of their pieces online, they do ship and deliver. Give them a message or call!
