We purchased a massage chair years ago, and it's starting to show its age. I came into The Ultimate Back Store to discuss replacement models and spoke with Kyle. He was both very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me advice on how to squeeze a little more time out of my current chair and spent lots of time working with me discussing newer options for replacement. Kyle never made me feel pressured, and I'll be sure to look for him as soon as I decide which chair will be our next.

I originally purchased a zero gravity chair from them about 8 to 9 years ago and absolutely loved the chair. In fact, I wore it out! So when I wanted to upgrade to one of the newer Human Touch pc600 chairs with better quality and more features, I went back to see Gil, the owner and also worked with David. Both are very knowledgeable, professional and service is excellent. I've been using my new chair for the past 6 months and through 2 spinal surgeries, upper and lower back. The new chair is so much more comfortable, especially after these surgeries. I'm able to position the chair in more ways than my last one, which is a huge plus. The cushioning is thicker and it has an option for heat on the lower back. I never thought I would pay so much for a chair but it is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

my husband and I went to the Home and garden show in Chico California this weekend. We had the pleasure of meeting Kyle with the ultimate back chair. He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. he talked to my husband about everything about the chair and was so knowledgeable. We ordered the chair from Kyle.. He’s just an overall great person. We just bought our second chair from the Ultimate Back Store in Folsom. Had a slight squeak in the chair after delivery. I made a quick call into the to store and David gave me great next steps. I was amazed that Kyle came by after he completed work that day and fixed the new chair and looked at the previous one we bought and adjusted it. Amazing customer service. Obviously I like the chairs since I bought a second one for our house. Now I can say this is the company you should buy a chair from when you need one.

Kyle helped us; he was extremely knowledgable, attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in connecting with us. He spent the time (and a lot more because we were having fun!) to find out about our needs and educate us on the available products without trying to sell. Just providing information.
