When it came to finding beautiful tiles and intial customer service was amazing. I received the tiles for our client custom panels we were building and the tiles that were meant to be on adhesive making it easy for us to attach to the panels were completely off and not at all attached (see photos) I contacted tile shop who did I mention, by accident cancelled our initial order putting us already behind now I called them with this issue and they not only were rude saying “ what are you wanting us to do about it” said I could also bring them back and they could get us replacements in 10 days not knowing if they would be in the same shape or not. Told me that their product being not as told has nothing to do with added work on our end and them accidentally cancelling our order isn’t their problem. That’s GREAT customer service. I ordered two boxes as you can see in the picture none are attached. We had to individually attach these to panels so if you want a product that comes the way it’s displayed tile shop will NOT do that for you. And take no accountability for how their product comes to you. If I ran my business this way id never have clients

A simple “hi, welcome” when you enter or while you’re browsing no matter if an associate is with a customer goes miles. One guy was with a customer but in plain sight when you walk in and while trying to find what I was looking for, another guy was sitting at a computer - couldn’t be bothered to say anything. I understand you may be busy but a greeting or “let me know if you need help” works wonders!

Beautiful tile in all budgets with great displays. I am so excited to start my next tile project. I highly recommend visiting the tile shop. The tile displays are worth the trip. I have talked my husband into buying some Beautiful tile from the tile shop. Why have what everyone else has like a Home Depot or a Lowes tile. Get something originally designed. Gorgeously affordable

Oh my gosh they have everything.. and the staff, well the lady who met up with me inside, was so kind.. she helped me figure out just how to do my condo as my tile I have left can not be matched up..

Wanting to share my experience at this location which was absolutely disappointing and totally unacceptable. I walk in, walk around, browse, pick up three samples, walk around, some more and keep browsing for at least 15~20 minutes. I decided to keep walking around just to see f and how long before someone said ANYTHING!! Not a word to me, not a “are you finding what you need or how can we help you today?” Then I hear the salesperson extend those same customer respect courtesies to a couple who entered the store long after myself. I can only speculate as to the reason for the difference in customer treatment. Whatever the reason, I glad that this location let me know how they truly think and feel about people that look like me.

Absolutely beautiful store. They spends lots of effort into display and set up. You can find hundreds of tiles and stones in the store. Also, most of the outstanding designs have a display, which is incredible.
However, we spent almost a hour in the store, walking through aisles but no one has came to offer consultant nor checking with us.
Second, their price is not competitive to other store. It is soooooo expensive. You can get same product with more affordable price.
If you are filthy rich and want to burn some cash. 100% recommend the store.
