Seeing the amazing reviews online me and my mother decided to try the place out, i needed my homecoming dress shorted rather quickly and this was the only place that would do it. We walked in and the mounts of dresses and filth were shocking. They have a small dinky dressing room which was hard to even fit into. The lady pinned my dress, took it and told us to come back in 3 days. We came back around 2:00 and she hadn’t even started cutting the dress! We had to sit and watch to make sure it was finished. The crazy part is the dress STILL didn’t fit correctly, i still ended up tripping over the long fabric. The seam is terrible and very uneven. Please do not go here if you need your dress done🫠

From entering the facility alone should of discouraged me from letting anything be done to my bridesmaids dress but I gave it a shot because some reviews weren't so bad and you never judge a book by its cover BUT NOPE WRONG! I was extremely wrong they not only have a filthy work space but the work they did on my bridesmaids dress reflected on it!( It seems to be a mother and daughter working only)The front desk lady told me to pick it up 3 days later which I did and when I arrived they couldn't even find my dress in all the piles of filth,even worst once they were able to find it the dress wasn't even worked on at all! I was told to come back the next day! mind you the wedding was the next day. came back at the time they told me to and when I tried on the dress one side was higher then the other and the lady told me (this is why we tell our customers not to look down) lol I was so done after that, she offered no apology or care for my situation!I was about to walk out but I ended up paying $32 for an un evened hem work and a late pick up date! Before leaving I asked is it always like this, The owner I'm assuming said that they are always crammed and are behind on their work. SO I dont know who they paid to do these other reviews but they ARE WRONG ,Do not I REPEAT DO NOT go to this place unless you dont have a deadline and you're willing to have Horrible work done on your clothes. Best place for alternative, my mother and brought some dress from temu, we took them to strawberry patch she had us put the dress on and fix them, the ladies are amazing and talenting. I will forever us them

My dress was originally a turtle neck & strawberry patch transformed my dress exactly how I desired within a matter of days. I received many compliments on the fixation of this dress. I’m thankful and will continue to use their services. This was a 600$ dress trusted with them and I wasn’t let down.
