I am a newbie to hot tubs and got a HS Flair. The water set up was pretty intimidating and prefer to talk to someone in person than read the manual. I bought the tub from Jennifer and she has been so accessible and a Hot Springs champ. When you have sales and support staff like her, it really help for people like me. I'm a happy customer and understand things can sometimes not go as planned. Thing will be worked out. Thank you, Jenn.

We received terrific service this week for our elderly hot tub. Doug, the service person, texted a number of times prior to the appointment, asking for photographs and information about our hot tub. Communication was easy, and when he arrived, (on time!) he was completely prepared for the work with a new control panel. He completed the work very quickly and the price for repair was quite fair. Thank you all!

There are a plethora of places to buy a hot tub, but Spa and Sauna Company is by far superior, not only for quality, but for initial service and continuous service during the life of the product. Bo treated us as friends and provided a no pressure approach to getting the tub we desired. He listens well and provides choice that work for us. Sheena is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. She knows how to get things done effectively and efficiently. We continue to go to her for advice. Doug and Jr. round out an incredible team at the Santa Cruz location, providing fast service and excellent, understandable information. All in all, a great experience. Almost as pleasant as actually sitting in our new hot tub.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the buying experience. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the sales process and was available and responsive whenever I had a question.
She made it easy and comfortable to buy. I got exactly what I wanted!
The delivery team was super efficient and competent. Omar, Richard, Daniel, Jonny and Evan helpful and supportive when they got to my house. They made sure that everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. Always checking to make sure I was satisfied.
I really appreciated how easy they made the process.

I have communicated continually with Donna Houlehan at Hot Springs Spas for many years now concerning the scheduling of my monthly spa service and other issues & orders that have come up, and have always found her to be extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. It’s always nice to have a consistent, friendly voice on the phone or in email exchanges and prompt attention when I need help. Donna is my go-to person every time!

Outstanding experience at the Spa and Sauna Co. - San Jose and Santa Cruz. Donna and Ray stepped up to fix minor issues after delivery - making sure the spa was 100% to enjoy every day. My experience with Hot Spring Spas has been TERRIBLE! They were great at taking my $57,233.86 but terrible at installing the swim spa. They have been out 4 times and still have not fixed the issues. The first crew, did not complete the installation and would not tell me when someone was coming to complete the installation, lied and said it was operational once electrician connected power, the Covana top was missing at least half of the screws to hold in in place, left out pieces for the lifts on the Covana top, left a mess in my yard (included one of the missing pieces for the lifts), other parts for Covana left in the yard uninstalled, Wifi system was not turned on, the motor improperly installed so it actually fell off. The first crew was trying to leave so fast that when I try to go over the items that I should be receiving that day he told me I talk too much and need to be quiet. Can you image that! I spend $57,233.88 and I'm told to shut up in my own backyard. For the sake of length, I have not included all of the problems. As of today, 6/16/2022 I still have not had all of the problems fixed.

The Spa and Sauna Company has the best selection of hot tubs in area. While everyone is very nice and helpful, Donna always goes above and beyond. Donna helped me resolve a scheduling conflict for my hot tub service and made sure my questions were answered about my hot tub needed additional service.
