We are from Virginia and love going to local owned businesses while on vacation. The Salt Shed and Company was a great find, they had every plant we were looking for to bring back from Florida to our home in VA. The prices were cheap and the plants were beautiful. They also conduct classes on taking care and creatively using iplants in crafts. If your local to PCB or just visiting , we suggest checking this little nursery out.

I pop in here every now and then and have always felt welcomed. The plant prices are very competitive and once in a while I am lucky to find a plant that I don't already have. I absolutely love the soaps and salts. They carry fox farm soil which is amazing. The owner also sells farm fresh eggs that are unwashed. Beautiful plants, friendly vibes, and definitely a hidden gem.

This shop is the best on the beach! A real must visit if you're in the market for a plant, or even to just look around and find very unique novelty item. The atmosphere here is precious and beautiful. They have shop cats that roam around, offer kombucha off the tap, sell local honey, and even host some really interesting and fun events from time to time. The owner and her staff are truly very good people. If you happen to see fresh chicken eggs on the table for sale, you better get some while you can! They are genuinely the best eggs I have ever had in my entire life. They are rich, smooth and full of flavor I did not think was possible. Going back to regular store bought eggs feels like a punishment these days.

With it being my first time visiting Panama City Beach, I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem of a boutique. I was heading to Walmart to purchase air plants as gifts for my sisters and neice, all who are green thumbs. I immediately knew I was in the right place. Not only did they have a variety of handcrafted items such as jewelry, soaps, clothing, even local honey, they had a wonderful variety of indoor/ outdoor plants and planter styles as well as decorating accessories. As a crafter, I decided to purchase the plants and some planters with cute little shells and dried starfish to put together everyones unique gift. The prices were very reasonable and I had a great time creating everyones special gift. We have all had so many compliments from everyone and I am thrilled to have stopped before I made that dreaded trip to a big box store . I'm sure these air plant projects would not have turned out quite as cute. I also love supporting the local small businesses whenever I can.Tthank you Salt Shed for helping me with my gifts. Not to mention your knowledge and also staying a little later so I could browse your store. You can bet I'm telling anyone who will be visiting PCB to definitely stop by. They'll be glad they did! Thanks again!
