Le llame al manager Criss para recojer unos equipos y al llegar me hiso perder tiempoque nuna tiene listo nada aunque se le llame con anterioridad hace perder mucho el tiempo

We have been shopping at the Capitol Heights Restaurant Store every since we opened our restaurant 2 years ago and we love it here! The store is always neat and organized and their prices are almost always lower than other stores. I appreciate that they load your car for you and their delivery service is top notch. It's rare that something is out of stock and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this store!

Worst experience for buying and return. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASE ONLINE. Go to a store and if you have to. Very bad online customer service. Issue not resolved. Be very careful buying things online.

The Restaurant Store has been my go-to place since I found out they existed in August of 2020. Customer Service and prices are way better than Restaurant Depot. See yall in a couple days lol

I went to buy an oven today and one of the workers changed the price for the oven to a higher price and when i had asked for the original price he said he couldn’t check as he had removed the price from the one that i was buying which was the original price to the price of another one that is not a way that you treat one of your valued customers we usually go to this location either once or twice per week this is not an acceptable behavior from the worker, I hope that the manager can check and also put more attention to what their coworkers are doing.
