I finally found perfect furniture for the lanai at The Perfect Porch. We learned that my dad bought his lanai furniture from them over 30 years ago- still have that furniture and still use it! The Perfect Porch has high quality items, great staff, reasonably priced, classy and beautiful furniture. The only thing that is delayed is that I am waiting on red cushions for the recliner (it didn't come in red, so I covered it in a red sofa cover to make it look uniform)-the cushions should be available in approx. 5 weeks. Can't wait! Love our new wicker!

Perfect Porch stand behind their products. Purchased some Georgetown outdoor chairs which were very defective after 3 years of use. Owners Billy and Nancy very easy to work with in replacing furniture.

Absolutely amazing facility and an even better staff! I went in unsure of my exact vision, but spending time with Nancy, I had my entire patio planned out within one visit. Truly unbelievable place if you’re looking for outdoor products. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience getting my patio furniture here excellent service and excellent delivery. Would buy from them again. I live in The Villages. Update! Thanks for delivering this today! We are so happy! We love our new furniture! Your entire team is very professional. It's important we buy from local family own business and not big chains! They are struggling even more since covid due to manufacturing challenges so please be patient! You can count on them I promise!

Bought our furniture 10 months ago. Very nice sales lady. The cushions in our love seat were getting soft so we stopped by to talk to her. She said the owner was on vacation and to come back in a couple weeks and that he would take them up to Ocala to get new cushions put in them.She told us they had a one year warranty. Went back in and the lady was on vacation herself. The owner was there and after a few excuses about the product refused to switch out the foam under warranty. In reading other comments it looks like they are great before the sale but, aren't very responsive after it's complete

I am giving this a 3 star because some products are good, and the staff is helpful, but I would give their Windward Design Group (Polywood Style) Products 0 stars. After 17 weeks, our order was still not in. The CEO or COO of Windward did not reply to phone calls or emails. Stay clear from products by this company.

My experience at the Perfect Porch was wonderful from beginning to end. Nancy was so patient with me. I made several trips to the store prior to purchasing
It’s a family owned business, very personable!
It was delivered today by the two sons, very professional!!
Would highly recommend them. And, no delivery fee. I live in The Villages.
