We purchased patio furniture and we love it! The entire process was great! However just this week we went back to the store to purchase some paintings for our condos and wow the service was horrible. We arrived at 3 pm and there was a sign in the door they were out and would be back at 350 pm. We drove back at 415 and walked into the store that was open. We started to walk through and the woman said - we are closed you have to get out? The website and sign on door said 6 pm. She was so very short and rude. I will purchase future condo items at a different retailer as this one appears to have changed the level of service we experienced 9 months ago.

I wish I could give zero stars! We ordered s patio set in April and here it is end of July and nothing! We have called every week to see if on delivery truck and told to check the following week. Customer service is terrible we can not get a straight answer for the delay. If you are in the market for patio furniture I would stay away from this company!

Buyers beware! While we are all about supporting the local community, and promote buying local on social media, I would not recommend buying anything from Patio Depot. They over sell and under deliver and do not have a customer's best interest in mind. We spent over $6000 on patio furniture that was contractually promised to us in June. We made multiple phone calls to the store because they won't call you to give you any updates. At the end of July there was still no furniture, so I told the store clerk we wanted a refund. She said she would let the owner know. The owner never called me. Now we're in the second week of August and we come home to furniture sitting out on our driveway. The store delivered furniture while we were gone, no one notified us they were coming, no one knocked on the door, no one provided any receipt that we had all pieces of furniture, no accountability or responsibility on the store's end. I finally got in touch with the owner today and asked about my refund and she said I was unprofessional and she would not refund us. That will be the customer support you receive! It's a one-way contract so think twice before you pay. We have to abide by the contract, but they don't.

Outstanding high quality patio furniture and paintings. Perfect for anyone wanting long lasting tables, chairs and a variety of colors for any taste.
Excellent customer service I would highly recommend this store before you buy anywhere else.
