Ivan did a fantastic job for us. We bought a condo and needed for beds and mattresses, and he was terrific to work with. We stopped in on Valentine’s Day, and the mattresses were delivered. Just a couple weeks later – exactly when we needed them. We even wanted to exchange a headboard, and Ivan went the extra effort to get us a different one, and arrange the logistics. Definitely recommend!

We are repeat customers. When it came time to purchase our new mattress we had no hesitation about going first to The Original Mattress Factory. Went to the store recently to inquire about a mattress upgrade. There are plenty of beds set up for you to lie down on. The representative offers complete information if you request, however there is never any pressure to make a purchase. The store is very relaxed. There are cut away samples of their bed construction, and cut away samples of other brands in order for us to see the differences. We stayed in the store for quite a while, almost taking a nap on the mattress we eventually selected. We left the store having made a purchase and were confident and satisfied we had once again done the right thing by buying at The Original Mattress Factory. Follow up phone calls about details reveal how caring and sincere this company is. Everything we inquired about has been answered to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory.

Best experience of buying a mattress. Lets start with how amazing and knowledgeable Troy is, he walked me through each category of mattress OMF has to offer. The prices are reasonable and not sale pitch to buy the most expensive item. I ended going over to them because the original purchase was made from living spaces and it was over 6+ weeks waiting for my mattress to arrive and I couldn't continue to sleep in air mattress. I highlightly recommend this place and TROY, he is fantastic to deal with and made the whole purchasing process very smooth. Bought my mattress on wednesday night and it was delivery at 2pm on Friday. less than 48 hrs. Lastly, Troy gave me to tried his hot sauce he make at his own farms and it was AMAZING!

There are lots of reviews mentioning Troy. There's a reason for that. Troy knows mattresses!! He doesn't hover over you, doesn't pressure you, he only informs you and educates you about mattresses. Plus, this company is American made!! Go. Buy that mattress, you won't be sorry you did.

I love Troy. Nicest guy. Really. When you leave here you will have full knowledge of how mattresses are made, what you are buying, and full confidence in a great product. I highly recommend buying mattresses here. Don't bother going elsewhere. We bought 2 mattresses. And all the stuff that goes along ... Boxsprings, pillows sheets etc... Very happy shopping here.

Very professional place. I came to have a special sized mattress, but wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to get a brand new bed and frame instead. It was worth the time and effort. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want. I was helped in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, with the best deal. Delivery was quick and easy. The men were very professional. They were in, grabbed the old mattress, dropped off the new, and we're out. Piece of pie. Very happy with my purchase. The mattress is of good quality and comfortable.
