Great customer service which I really appreciated. I asked some technical questions to Timothy, the president of The Nutty Company and he quickly and thoroughly answered my questions.

They were basic 101 questions that he probably hears 10 times a day but it was important to me. He still went out of his way to answer quickly and honestly.

I ended up not even needing anything from them following his advice. That shows that they put the customer first. How can you not love that?

I'm confident that if you worked with them you'd get the best service, product and support possible.

not only were these employees, extremely knowledgeable and able to return me to a mobility status in finding the right hardware for my Rollator after surgery, but they were friendly, honest, and most of all loved dogs! We miss them since they moved from Derby, and I’m so grateful we found our reliable wonderful resource for our hardware needs. Go there, go there and you will understand what I mean.

I am a contractor and I have been dealing with this company for years. GO THERE!! Forget the big box stores for hardware. They know what they are doing and the quality is so much better. Customer service, polite professional knowledgeable staff has such value Support it !!

The naughty company always has what I need and provides excellent service. I was in a pinch and called them just before they closed and the representative who I believe is one of the owners was kind enough to stay open for a few minutes to help me out my colleagues, and I have been using them for years and I have never had a bad experience

I have been buying here for years. I placed an order and it said everything in stock. Days later I was informed an item was unavailable but I could pay more to get it. It was going to be 33% more expensive when it came in.

I said I would still buy it at the old price just send it when it comes in. They said NO. They said they "cannot control price increases". The price was about 20 something bucks more. I told them they can control accurate pricing on their website and honor an agreed upon price to a customer.

An item I paid for in my cart should be the price I paid when it comes in. Honor your prices and word.

Lousy customer care. Now they lost a customer for life. I went online and bought the same product for less from a competitor.
