If you are looking to be completely taken advantage of, then by all means, come HERE!!
“The owners” are obviously completely out of touch with today’s reality that you can easily research and get lamp parts next day on Amazon for a small fraction of the ridiculous prices that they want to charge. They wanted to charge me $165 for a new saddle, which is eight dollars on the high end, and a new three-way, which is 20 dollars for a heavy duty one! I understand making a profit but that’s ridiculous! I spent a good amount of money on a shade, harp and finial days prior to this quote in their store so Needless to say, they have no shame… I went and picked up my lamp and told them they can take advantage of someone else… brought the lamp to LIGHTBULBS UNLIMITED on Oakland Park Blvd, and they fixed it in right in front of me same day for 38 bucks!!!
This review is in no way a bad reflection on the woman who works there, Linda was a sweetheart! God only knows what she has to put up with, with those greedy owners! LOOK AT THEIR OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THEN LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSES TO THE REVIEWS! THAT SHOWS YOU EXACTLY WHO THEY ARE!

I paid them to fix a very expensive lamp and received nothing but added expenses and an attitude from the owner Phillippe Bartolomucci. This man is extremely rude and unethical. He told me I needed to pay another $300.00 to repair the lamp and that he needed to order a part. I agreed only to come back a week later to pick up the lamp and found the base hanging off of it. I told him this is unacceptable and he began using profanity telling me "I broke the lamp"! He then started yelling at me like a madman to leave the store. He was so angry he was foaming at the mouth. This man was out of control and needs anger management in my opinion. Unfortunately I paid him with a check and can't get my money back. RUN from this place. They are SCAMMERS!!

Simply the worst. Awful. Rude, and useless. Wow. She stopped herself halfway into saying my lamp was N rigged. Be aware that the locations in Boca Raton and Miami are owned by the same people, and not a franchise, so avoid them as well.

Sad ! These are the only people I could find to repair a lamp in town. They clearly know this because they gouge pricing ! The work was average but I spent well over $400 on about $20 worth of parts and then they lost my harp. Very disappointed ! And the words gruff and rude do not begin to describe the lady that works there. Shake my head.
