They did a great job restoring an old 80's bomber jacket that belonged to my dad. He was a mechanic and smoker so the jacket stunk and was badly stained. It was cleaned and dyed black. It looks great and no trace of cigarette smoke. Thank you so much.

I have bought three belts from here. 2 for me one for my son 2 years ago. Excellent quality and workmanship. Headed back to get my son another. Super nice and friendly owner. Highly recommend this place for all your leather needs.

I was hesitant to write a negative review, especially of a small business but here I am. I took a commissioned a sheathe to be done there and brought in the knife that it was to be made for beginning to mid August. I was told it would be mid October before it would be done and to NOT call checking up on it as it would only "delay" the process and they would get it done. Well, mid October past and it was a week into November when I finally called and the person who answered(they seemed new) couldn't find the knife and then questioned me if I even left it there. After a few minutes of back and forth they found it and when I asked if they had an ETA(as it has been several weeks past the promised date) I was assured that they would call me back within 3 days. Well I waited about 2 to 3 weeks and never heard from anyone. I eventually gave up and went in to pick up my knife and there it was under a pile of things that they have yet to finish. Overall I can't blame them for taking they're time as I hear they do quality work. I just wish someone would have been honest with the time or if it was too small of a job and a waste of their time to have let me know as the sheathe and the knife was a gift for a family member. Now I'm left with an old family heirloom and no sheathe. Wouldn't recommend them for custom work.

This is the 4th leather belt I have purchased in the past 8+ years. They are made to last. Fortunately I have had to order smaller sizes. The service is fast and I have found the used is of excellent quality.. Stop looking at other belts and just buy this one, you will be very happy.

True artisans run this place. I picked up a needed belt plus a bracelet on a whim. The gentleman tending the store and working on a project was super chill. Check this place out if you want something a little different.

I brought my leather jacket in to get a tear repaired and John was so awesome. He explained how the repair is done and then gave me great advice on what components were best for making the belt I wanted to make. Thank you so much!

I wanted a custom designed leather daily planner for legal sized documents. They helped with the design and the end result is a daily planner that is always a conversation starter. They sell other leather things but I used them for something custom and what they made is so cool. I recommend The Leather Shop 100%.
