Both the store and website are horrible. I have been a Mavericks season ticket holder for 30 years and love the team. I ordered several items online. Sizing from product to product is awful. Good luck figuring out online how to return something! When to the store outside of AAC. The people there couldn't care less to help on returns for online orders because they said it's a different fulfillment center. Sorry, but is that my problem! The bottom line is in the future, buy from a retail store or on Amazon! Go Mavs but not their store!!!

I bought my son a Mavs jersey as a gift. It doesn’t fit him so I went the exchange it. The folks at the Victory Park location were very rude and unprofessional. Apparently since the team traded Luka they won’t take the jersey back. I have a receipt, the jersey is new with tags. The receipt clearly has their return policy and yet they will not exchange or give me my money back. Says nothing about players that are no longer with the team!!!

If I could leave negative stars for The Mavs Online store I would. I placed an order on November 14th for the New City Edition Jersey, it's been over 10 weeks and we still have not received our order. I have reached out to their online store manager many times and even called and emailed their fulfillment center called "Selery", and I still have not gotten a Tracking Number or even communication about a refund. Our next steps will be filing a consumer complaint with the Office of the Attorney General and also USA.GOV. This is so unfortunate and disheartening as we are long time Dallas Mavericks Fans and also Season Ticket Holders, this online store is beyond mismanaged. I would not recommend buying anything online from them.

I just bought a few Luka jerseys online because they will be gone forever soon and one arrived with stains on it, fabric coming loose, numbers and logos crooked and overall just poor terrible quality. A terrible store that just openly sells defective mavs gear and they don't care and will refuse refunds even though they sell the terrible quality jerseys. You'll have to pray you get a perfect jersey because the chance of that happening is very low. If they'd allow refunds for their defective products I'd be happy, but they refuse so much. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do NOT buy from the Hangar! I am sick and disgusted over the Luka trade, but to make matters worse, I took my family to the Mavericks game on January 25, 2025 against Boston and we purchased 3 Doncic jerseys for my kids and wife, along with a Mavericks sweatshirt for me. All of the merchandise was (and still is) in the original bag with tags on it, never worn, and with the original receipt. I went to the Hangar yesterday (February 3, 2025) to return all of the merchandise as it is clearly within their "30 day money back guarantee." The Hangar refused to refund the 3 Doncic jerseys claiming they do not accept returns on "former players" even if it is within the 30 day guarantee period. They would not even consider store credit (where I would have gladly used it on some Dallas Stars gear, a properly run organization and team). The Hangar obviously cares more about maximize profit then about ensuring their customers are satisfied. $300+ in brand new, unworn jerseys down the drain because I bought them a week before our star, generational talent is traded away in the WORST NBA trade of all time. I do not know if the Mavericks Organization and the Hangar have a working business relationship or what, but screw both of them. I may never go to a Mavericks game again, and I will certainly never buy from the Hangar again!

Being in Dallas for a business trip and had to come and checkout the stadium and pop into the fan shop. The staff were really helpful and kind.
If you need any help with places to visit, eat or shop the staff have a nice list of places. Just ask.

I just receive the item (see pictures attached ). It was a damaged item. I also email to the seller (Hangar) for the damaged item. But I did not receive any reply. This is a worse customer service. My order number is DM11238
