Estoy encantada con el servicio, muebles muy bellos a un precio no tan económico pero lo bueno vale aunque son muebles usados vale la pena y lo que más me encantó fue el delivery esos muchachos trabajan muy bien te arman los muebles te los dejan bien situados en la sala y antes de traerlos los limpian muy bien….. Recomendado y a pesar que no hablo inglés siendo latina me atendieron muy bien u entendieron lo que yo quería súper

I set up my couch and love seat pick up with Jessy, who was amazing, professional and Wonderful to work with! This is a great place to buy a couch! My sister and I were searching for a couch for my 90-year-old mother, who was moving from California, after the passing of my dad, to Colorado. We went to the shop and spoke to Jake and Josh. They explained that each couch is thoroughly cleaned and repaired if necessary and then delivered for free. Mom needed a recliner couch and as one would come in to the store, we would receive pictures to decide if it was for us. After a couple of weeks a leather power recliner couch, that my mom very much liked, came in but it had scratches on the arms and cushions however Jake cleaned it up! It looks great and the recliner works perfectly. Delivery was right on time and Doyle and Dave did a great job getting it in the elevator! It’s a perfect piece of furniture for her and most importantly, at a very affordable price. Everybody at the good couch was easy to work with, professional, communicative, answered questions and did not mind our numerous phone calls!!! I purchased my couch from here originally and it was perfect for me. They had a good variety of inventory and were able to deliver it promptly. I have since moved and no longer needed it. The person who was supposed to get it (from FB marketplace) never showed up and I was in a time crunch to get the couch out of here. The Good Couch was able to accommodate a same day pick up in the middle of a snow storm! They communicated well and arrived promptly. Nothing but professional service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

If you need a sofa without the wait or cost of a brand new one, the Good Couch is great. Their selection is good, everything I saw was very clean and reasonably priced (I think I paid $500 for a Crate & Barrel sofa in great condition) plus free delivery. I should add if 'cheap' is your main objective, you might wanna try Goodwill or someplace else. Otherwise check this store out.

We got what we want with good price such lovely pairs of recliner. We read some reviews before and it was helpful. We met this young guy and Jack who were really nice and helpful. Free delivery too. If you are looking for affordable nice couch, you should come this place.

Such an amazing store and service! I filled out the couch finder form on the website and they were so proactive about sending me updates as new couches and sectionals arrived. Found one that I loved and they delivered it all the way up to my unit on the 5th floor - I don’t know how they managed to get it up the stairwell but they made it happen and now I have a comfy new place to lounge thanks to The Good Couch!!
