This furniture store in Cabot is a hidden jewel. I received incredible service from Will. I knew exactly what I wanted coming in the store but didn't see it on the floor. Will took me to a kiosk and we found exactly what I needed at the right price. The next day, Brittany helped me with another transaction as well as the store manager. I don't think I have received this high level of customer service in a while. It's rare to find high quality customer service from everyone in the store that one interacts with. The prices are right. They sell quality, name brand furniture. And, you just can't beat the customer service. This will be my go-to place for all my future furniture needs.

I love this store! My daughter and I first visited this store a few weeks ago to look for her a new bed. The store manager Brittany was AWESOME! She made sure we found the perfect bed that would fit her budget. My daughter loves her new bed. We took another trip in search of a coffee table for our living room. Of course our favorite lady Brittany was there to assist us in our search. With her help, we were able to find the perfect table and was able to get a 3 piece set for a very affordable price. We were all skeptical of how the set was going to fit into my Seltos but Colton and Keagan came to the rescue and were able to fit it perfectly. We thank everyone at The Furniture Store and will forever be long time customers.

Had a great experience today. We were looking to buy a small sleeper sofa and the lady assisting us asked if we were buying it for a bedroom, which we were. She showed us the measurements of the size of sofa we would need to get to fit down the hallway to our bedroom. She was honest about them not having many sleeper sofas in that size, and not at all pushy about us buying one of them. So on our own, we decided to get a recliner instead. It was her honesty and advice that helped us decide to get the recliner. It was also on sale for half price. Very satisfied with the customer service and the product!
