The Boonville Hotel and Restaurant

Didn't stay at the hotel but stopped in for dinner with a group. Food was fantastic. Even the most critical diners that we were with spoke highly of everything. The price is very reasonable and we all left full and happy. I could eat my body weight in the gnocchi that was served (everyone let out a collective "yum" at first bite). It may have been the best bite of food that I've had in years. Outdoor space was beautiful but a little chilly on a breezy night. Blankets are available to help keep warm but patio heaters would be ideal. Only suggestion to the restaurant would be to provide more bread for the table. The dishes, at least at our meal, really lent themselves to sopping up with bread at the end and we all longed for more than we had. Service was great and friendly. You should absolutely visit here if you're in the immediate area. And if you're at all nearby, make the drive out for a great evening and meal.

Hotel is very comfortable with nice decorations, etc. Staff Friendly. Room and bed were comfortable except really dim lighting in the bathroom. But the requirement to eat the fixed 4 course dinner there when staying too restrictive and controlling -- especially with the cost of meal coming to over $200! Total cost of staying there 1 night over $500! WAY too much -- especially for where it is since small Booneville seems to be declining.

I stayed here 2 years ago and it’s definitely worth the stay and the food was so amazing, we got to watch the chef cut a wheel of cheese and had us try it! The owners are really great people and they are part of a great community

I wish I could give this place 6 stars :) The moment we entered the hotel and were greeted by a host, it felt like home. It’s so cozy and stylish, that you want to stay there for a long time. The coursed dinner was simply amazing, sauces were so flavorful and the ingredients are so fresh, it was mind-blowing. Definitely a destination place! Loved every minute of our stay, thank you so much for a great experience!

I had to go to Boonville for a wedding and was booked into the Boonville Hotel, which I wasn't much looking foward to. But it turned out to be a lovely, laid-back place. It's located in a bucolic corner of northern California, close to the gorgeous redwood groves of Hendy Woods State Park. The overall feel is funky, distinctive, and basic but comfortable. My room in the Pump House cottage overlooked a magical garden; I was happy just to sit on my porch reading a book while gazing out at its colors. The hotel's restaurant was excellent too. In short, the Boonville Hotel was a perfect place for a low-key reunion with family and friends; an unexpected surprise minus the crowds of Healdsburg and Napa.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Boonville inn! We stayed in the side room and it was a cute, cozy room. I would recommend staying in the roadhouse rooms as they have a lot of charm. Dinner was AMAZING. One of the best meals I’ve had! And the breakfast of scones and biscuits was fantastic - again some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Boonville itself is a sleepy town but recommend driving to the coast or Navarro river on a sunny day, checking out a winery and Anderson brewing company!

Absolutely lovely! Only been here a few hours and it has been one of the best hotels. It is so clean and comfortable and so stylish, fun, and cozy. Its so beautiful inside and out words cannot describe it. The people who work here are so kind and accommodating, Wish I could give it more stars!
