We were recommended this company by a friend. And we are very happy with our new blinds. We bought blinds for a narrow long window next to our front door, a sliding glass door and French doors. The blinds are so easy to use, color is perfect (the sales person at the store was wonderful in showing us exactly what we were looking for. AND the sales person who came to the home to measure and help us choose color was very patient in helping us choose. AND they look awesome. The installer was also very kind and worked hard to make sure we understood all the details on using them properly so we didn't break any mechanisms. We have had many compliments already and have had them for a week. We will use The Blind Spot again if we need more in our home.

Our experience with The Blind Spot was wonderful from start to finish. Jerod helped us in store to find the right product for our needs, then came to our home for the measurements. A few weeks later Chris came and installed them quickly and they've been great at keeping the house cooler on hot days. We had one minor issue with a string and Connie coordinated with Chris and the problem was solved the next day. A great company to do business with.

Wow. Great repair service and great customer service at a reasonable price

When I had a problem with a shade after it was repaired, Connie arranged for their repairer, Chris, to inspect it at my home. He easily remedied the problem with knowledge, skill and a friendly disposition. The shade which is at my ground floor bedroom window has since worked properly and provides much appreciated privacy and comfort.

Connie’s response to my situation was refreshing and left me feeling that I have found a reliable source for any future repairs, replacements, and new installations.

The wonderful people at The Blind Spot helped us find exactly what we needed for our new home. We had to get window coverings for a new build, so there was a lot to figure out. The world of shades has changed a lot since the last time we purchased window coverings, and we didn’t have a clue where to start. Todd was fantastic with showing us all the different options and motorization systems. He and Tanya (one of the owners) simplified the process and truly took the stress out of the decision making process. Todd was able to come to the house before it was completed so he could take measurements and get the order going before we moved in. He brought all the sample books out to the house so we could see everything in our space too. They also helped us maximize our budget and made suggestions of where we could cut back so that we could focus on what was most important to us.
