I couldn't be happier with the blinds I purchased, but even more so with the service. At initial visit Caesar explained everything, made suggestions & found just the right color for me.
Three weeks later, as promised, he arrived with everything needed to do an expert installation. My house was left in perfect condition & I am totally in love with my new blinds.
I give The Blind Shack my wholehearted recommendation.

The Blind Shack is a company that you do not want to do business with. I ordered blinds the first of December, 2024. I was told and in writing that it would be 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I was expecting the first of the year due to holidays. I was never called and giving any updated information on my blinds. On 01/13/25 I called the Blind Shack and spoke with Cesar, again. I was told the the blinds had been in the warehouse for a week, but no contact. Cesar came to install the blinds on 01/14 and the blinds were cut wrong. Cesar had to contact the manufacturer to get the correct blinds. I was told that the blinds would be on the truck for next week. Now the manufacturer is in St. Petersburg. Good customer service would be to driver over from Mulberry to pick them up. I received multiple excuses why I did not have the blinds that I ordered, and all were the manufacture issues. The blinds were supposed to be installed on 1/31, that did not happen. I will commend Cesar for giving my deposit back from 12/09/24. I can not recommend a company with such bad customer service, and bad quality merchandise.

The Blind Shack of Central Florida was excellent. Cesar was incredibly professional and answered all of our questions expertly. The consultation and installation process was efficient. When there was an issue with one of the shade motors (manufacturer issue), The Blind Shack addressed it immediately and handled the replacement process. It's been several months since the installation and the shades/shutters are perfect. I would absolutely recommend The Blind Shack of Central Florida, without reservation.

Cesar was very attentive and very kind. He explained all the options and took his time. The plantation shutters he installed look amazing and were done timely. Everything was perfect, the price was reasonable, the workmanship was great and the professionalism was outstanding. It was a bonus that they send you reminders for your appointment to save to your calendar. Overall, I recommend The Blind Shack they are a truly 5 star company! Thank you Cesar and team!
