For a wedding: BEAUTIFUL venue. They have multiple different beautiful rooms where you can have your entire wedding inside without having to flip any rooms. Perfect for the unpredictable weather in Florida. They also have both a bridal suite and a groom suite which is hard to find with any venue. You will have to use their bartender and coordinators, but I was thoroughly impressed with both. Their bartender is experienced and isn't afraid to cut someone off if need be, and she is super knowledgeable about mixing drinks. She helped us pick out our signature drinks and then she made the shopping list for us. The coordinating team was AMAZING. We mostly worked with Amy. She was so sweet and helpful. They helped me get all my specific details correct and also gave me great advice on how to make the day perfect. She was very quick to respond when I had any questions, and she was available for anything I needed. On the day of the wedding, she took care of everything and made sure all my needs were met. I would recommend them to anyone getting married. I could go on and on about how beautiful and perfect the venue was. Even if your wedding day is rainy and nasty, the Blanche will still be gorgeous and bright with all their windows, lights, and chandeliers.

Staying in their hotel: The rooms are all so gorgeous and clean, and they let you choose exactly which room you want. You can fully check in online, and they will email you the code to your room. It was so convenient. A great hotel with great prices!

Charming old school vibe. Great bathroom, king bed, and kitchenette. Very clean, close and easy parking, and quaint restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

We hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Blanche. We had the best weekend. The staff was so helpful and the location was beautiful. Being able to stay on site all weekend made the whole weekend convenient and just wonderful.

This hotel is beautiful not just to stay the night but for special events. The lobby is class and elegance. So much historical value. People of the 1930s of the who's who of the time slept here. Now they also offer short term rentals. Clearly a great choice for anyone in need.

We hosted our whole wedding party at this venue as well as our wedding. We had a great experience rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Also if we had any issues or questions they were easily accessible to communicate with.

The Blanche was the most beautiful venue for my wedding. Having the entire hotel space available for rent to all of our wedding party and parents made it that much more perfect and really eased the stress for rehearsal and wedding day. Everyone enjoyed their stay and having the space to ourselves for the weekend. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in while staying at a hotel, but it is really bright inside the room at night. My wedding photos turned out amazing because of the beautiful building, exposed brick and those amazing chandeliers!! I knew from the moment I saw The Blanche (and that fantastic bridal suite) that it would be the venue for my dream wedding and it really paid off. Do not hesitate to check out this gorgeous venue! It was the most perfect venue for the perfect day!

2 Stars… to start no parking , no staff on site.. has a couple issues and have to call someone. probably the worst bed I have ever slept in , not comfortable at all. Save your money there are way better and cheaper places to stay at in Lake city, Florida !!!

The Blanche was absolutely amazing, this is by far the best place to stay in Lake City, hands down. I have not a single thing bad to say. The room was clean as could be. We had everything we needed. We were tubing on ichetucknee springs, which I strong suggest if you’re in the area it’s absolutely beautiful. The brewery has good beer and great service. Frankie’s has good pizza and a bar which stays open a little later. The Marion street deli and pub had a delicious menu and recommend for dinner. Coming and going was effortless, the lobby is gorgeous, there is an office, it’s perfectly set up for weddings or major events!! I literally can’t say enough, and if your there and you have a problem contact the staff they will handle it immediately!
