Found this place from Marketplace. Placed initial inquiry and surprisingly got a response from Randy. Two to three weeks later, we finally made our trip to see their storefront. Very surprised with how well stock this place is. Jordan took time to explain products and options. Absolutely no pressure and we pleasantly enjoyed learning about all the options we have. We came home with a BlueStar 48” platinum range stove. Couldn’t have imagined having one of this unit but the price point was hard to walk away from. Post sales, Randy and Allison still took care of us. Small business in San Jose that serves their customers with white gloves. Thank goodness for places and real people like this!

I worked with Allison to secure an open box special on a high end refrigerator and she was incredibly helpful over text message making the process from a distance seamless. We opted to pick up our purchase in person and were delighted by the customer service and friendly nature of the staff on-site. Would highly recommend working with The Appliance Hub, just make sure to double check your open box products as ours was missing a kickplate, discovered this after purchase and during loading the piece into our van! It made for a few extra steps dealing with warranty and a trip out to a parts store which I would’ve preferred to avoid. Not the end of the world of course, just ask the staff to be thorough with you as you purchase, I’m confident they will assist!!

My experience with the appliance hub was amazing. Jordan was extremely nice and very responsive. When I bought my refrigerator I accidentally gave him the wrong size and it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I text Jordan the morning of delivery and he responded right away even before they opened and was able to make the switch before the delivery people got to the warehouse. I Cant say enough. Highly recommend. Will be purchasing future appliances from them.

I discovered The Appliances Hub in San Jose while shopping on eBay, and I’m so glad I decided to visit their store in person. This family-owned business offers a wide selection of high-end to mid-range appliances, perfect for anyone looking to save a few bucks without compromising on quality.

I went in and out of the store multiple times, completely undecided on what to buy. The owners were incredibly patient with me, even as I changed my mind several times over four visits. When I finally decided to purchase a hood, the transaction was smooth and straightforward.

A few days after buying the hood, I realized it didn’t come with the blower or the necessary attachment, which would have pushed my budget over by $1200. When I explained the situation to the owners, they refunded my money instantly, no questions asked. Their honesty and understanding made a potentially stressful situation so much easier.

If you’re in the market for appliances, I highly recommend The Appliances Hub. They offer great products, fair prices, and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases!

Having visited several “Outlet” stores during our search for affordable High-End appliances, we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the Appliance Hub as it was CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED and had a highly INFORMATIVE staff. *This store was not at all what we were expecting!*

Alison was fun to talk to about our kitchen remodel, among other things, and was quite knowledgeable about the appliances we came to see. She gave me a lot of tips about how to properly operate and maintain appliances. We were then able to browse their inventory of open Box and new appliances without any sales pressure.

During my second visit to the store, I had the pleasure of speaking to Randy, who was also super nice and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a Thermador refrigerator in great condition and at a super fair price. I continue to check their inventory for other items I am looking for, as I would definitely buy from the Appliance Hub again. Thank you, Alison and Randy!
