Melissa, the lady that is always answering the phones is such a wonderful, refreshing person to speak with. She is so knowledgeable, understanding and well spoken. She is always there to calm my nerves anytime I feel overwhelmed and frustrated. She makes sure the nurses are aware of the issues I am facing and for that I am so thankful as it staves off my anxiety that I feel. Keep up the good work mel!

No one in this office seems to know what's going on with their patients. They kept my elderly mother inlaw upset and confused as to when they were coming out to visit. They never communicated to us when she was being discharged until the day of...poor poor communication between each team member of the nursing and physical therapy department, making the patient suffer. If there is a zero star that's what they would receive from me
