Extremely happy and satisfied with Trevor Holt’s service and recommendation. Trevor owned several mattress and pillow himself and offered us the best advice. We got the pro breeze Lo and hi, with the amazing cooling effect .

Trevor is knowledgeable and very patient. I got to try almost all the pillow before I decided to buy two. Trevor also recommends me the mattress.

We got the pillow and we air it for a day. Then we started using it. It was just amazing. Very supportive pillow with cooling gel.

I have severe neck pain and shoulder pain. This pillow is a game changer!

Minh was AMAZING.
We came in looking for a mattress topper and Minh took the time to tell us the different options and which one would best suit our needs. They didn't have any in stock but helped us make an online order. Our discount code didn't work so he helped us get that figured out so we left happy. His service was 10/10. I’m giving five stars to the gentlemen helped me at the store whose name is Minh. I highly recommend to work with him. He was patient and guided us through our options patiently.

However, Tempur-Pedic really needs to work on their customer support (online and phone) and their bed bases quality.
