We had a great experience with TD Smith and Telluride Real Estate, I switched Agents, and chose TD, he suggested three possible prices, quick sale, look for a better offer, and a shoot for the moon, but longer time. I made the middle choice which was significantly higher than my first agent had suggested, and we sold almost immediately, but with the stipulation of a 6 month wait as we had our family joining us for the summer.
