Bought an Electrolux washer and dryer to replace my 20 year old kenmore set that was so great but could no longer be repaired. Washer seems to be working properly for the moment however the very first time I used the dryer my clothes come out very damp after a 75 minute dry cycle. Now the dryer won't stay on for more than 10 seconds. Absolutely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. The units were just installed yesterday(Friday)

UPDATE.:
Today is Monday and TeeVax is coming to pick up the defective dryer and replacing it with another brand new one. Fingers crossed that there are no further issues. Stay tuned.

Used TeeVax for a warranty issue with a Thermador cooktop vent that I didn’t buy from them. I was very satisfied with their attention solving my problem. Thermador was very difficult (went on for months) and James and Christopher never let up getting my problem solved.
I also used them to repair a washer I didn’t buy from them. Excellent customer care.

We bought a fridge, a washer, and a dryer from TeeVax about 7 months ago. The washer broke down and needed to be repaired. Then the dryer stopped drying so we called to have someone fix that. The service department inspected the unit and the part that needed to be replaced was on back order. Once the part came in, the unit was fixed. Within 48 hours, the dryer stopped working again. Currently, we are waiting for more parts to arrive to get the dryer started back up. It’s coming up on two months without a working dryer. When asked about a temporary loaner, we were told to “hang the clothes on a line outside to let them dry since it’s so nice outside.” The service department is great and everyone that has come to the house to fix the appliances has been kind and respectful, however, when we paid for these appliances we expected that they would work.

Six stars for the full, turn key service on my kitchen remodel. Couldn’t be happier. Great design talent, perfect coordination. I had the best experience from the team at TeeVax. Phil B was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought a Bosch 800 series refrigerator and it's wonderful piece of equipment. The show room is beautiful and it has so many different appliances. I could have spent all day in there. The delivery was easy and quick. Thanks again Phil.
