Súper malo el servicio y poco profesionales no sé cómo una compañía así puede funcionar desde los mecánicos asta la oficina la muchacha que me atendió dice que yo le di tremenda muela que manera poco profesional y no voy a decir el nombre porque no me gusta hacerle daño a nadie peor de verdad que deben mejorar muchísimo por mi parte no los contrato más nunca

Ha sido la experiencia mas horrible de mi vida ,no los recomiendo a nadie para que no pasen el mal rato con el tecnico que me enviaron nada profesional ,super grosero y al final no me arreglo mi equipo pudiera estar escribiendo todo el dia porque despues de esta amarga experiencia el maneger y el supervisor peor la historia con ellos

My washer would not start. I had used Gator Appliances in the past under an insurance plan. Called and set up an appointment. Asked about the fees. Fee quoted was $159 for a service person to come to my house to diagnose the problem. I asked if broken part could be replaced same visit. No was the answer. The service person would return another day. I asked if there would be another service charge. No was the answer and the service fee would be charged towards parts and labor.
The service man shows up. He is a subcontractor. Unscrews several screws and tells me what I already know that is wrong. When asked for the price of the broken part, he did not know. Called his boss and was told the price was $86. To come back to replace the part was an addition $360.
I found the part on Amazon for $28. This company pulls a switch. Not costumer friendly at all.

Will never ever call Gator appliances again

HORRIBLE SERVICE and extremely unprofessional. BEWARE. if you get assigned this company through warranty, ask for a change.
This company was assigned to me by the warranty department for fixing my dryer. Even before showing up for the appointment they wanted me to pay the service call fee over the phone in order for them to show up. This was strange but now i understand why. They diagnosed the issue and contacted the warranty company but the technician did not inform me that I had to pay additional money out of pocket, and repaired the dryer with a 7$ part without my authorization.
Now they are calling non-stop for non payment of un-authorized work. Extremely unprofessional.

These people are really incompetent don't use them. I got a washer from Home Depot and bought a warranty for it. They came and 'repaired it' and it's still leaking! If Asurion or whomever tries to contact this company to service your appliance ask for a different one.

Gaby repaired our dishwasher on Friday, March 15th for the same problem we've been experiencing for months. The E-15 error code has appeared again. Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent on Sunday to Michele, the assistant manager at the Jupiter Home Depot where we purchased the dishwasher in February of 2020: March 17, 2024
Michele, here is an update on the repair of our Bosch dishwasher.
On Friday, March 15th, "Gaby", the technician from Microwave Electronics, arrived around 4:00 p.m. to repair our dishwasher and finished the repair around 5:30. I was asked to wait 24 hours to use the dishwasher because he had applied silicone to adhere the new seal. He also suggested I only use a teaspoon of liquid dishwasher detergent. As requested, I let the dishwasher sit unused for 24 hours.
Yesterday, I loaded the dishwasher after dinner and set it on auto, crystal dry without the sanitizing feature because I wanted to be sure that the seal was secure and not compromised with excessive heat. And, as requested, I used one teaspoon of Cascade liquid detergent. This morning, I opened the dishwasher and saw there was an error code - but this time it was E-10, not E-15. E-10 apparently has something to do with the heating element. I turned off the dishwasher, turned it back on and the error code was gone.
I loaded the dishwasher again a little after noon today and ran a cycle on "auto", "sanitize" and "crystal dry" to see if all features were working properly - using only 1 teaspoon of liquid detergent. About an hour and half into the cycle, I noticed the red light (that shines onto the floor when a cycle is operating) was not lit and the dishwasher was making the same sound as when I was experiencing the E-15 error. Sure enough, when I opened the dishwasher door there was the E-15 error code - AGAIN!
I am really upset and frustrated with the Home Depot warranty service I have received for this dishwasher and am now requesting Home Depot to replace this dishwasher under the terms of the extended warranty agreement. The warranty agreement states that if our product requires a 4th repair for the same failure, Home Depot will replace it.
If you check our repair request records, you will see we have had technicians from three different companies repair this dishwasher definitely more than four times - first in May of 2023, then December 2023, in January and February of this year and now in March. We not only have had to experience the E-15 error, but now have received another code (E-10) - and I don't know how many more failing issues will arise in the future for us with this dishwasher. Please proceed with whatever is necessary to honor the extended warranty. Thank you. Janet
