Bought thinking I was buying top quality, but it is not even close. The furniture is average quality. Their delivery people, low quality. They left a total mess in 2 bedrooms. Couldn't even finish the installation. The one they finished broke a few days after. They didn't even use the right hardware. They will take 6 weeks to deliver, ok, I knew it when I placed my order, but then it took forever to make it right. Did I mention the quality? Well, it is not there. If I wanted low quality, I could have gone to Rooms to go and pay a fraction. I missed taking pictures of how bad the beds actually look, but there are some pictures of 2 drawers that broke, even though they said that the wood is top quality hardwood.

Within the past 9 months I have purchased a leather Flexsteel Sofa & Love Seat and a leather Fjord's Reclining Chair from Tarpon Furniture. I could not be more satisfied with the quailty of these products and the service I have received. I do not order furniture and prefer to select my purchases right off the floor. I was able to purchase quailty pieces from what they had immediately available. The logisitcs of ordering custom made furniture is extremely time consuming and the shipping is costly, which results in months of waiting for delivery. I had the sofa & love seat delivered next day. In the last case, I loaded up my reclining chair and took it home. The quality and condition of these items met my expectations, as well as the negotiated purchase price. I found managment, sales staff and delivery people very pleasant and personable at his locally owned & operated business.

Very low-quality furniture. Also, the people they send to assemble it, used the wrong fastener and split the drawers. Paid more than $2k for something that I could have gotten from a low-end store for less than $600. Do yourself a favor. If you want low-end, go to a low-end store. If you want high-end, definitely go somewhere else.

WOW!!! Great place to buy furniture, went to 5 other furniture stores and ordered my couch and recliners from Tarpon Furniture! This was the only store that we could order our sofa in our choice of many fabrics!!! Nice furniture, nice prices, great sales lady, very nice showroom with furniture to fit you whether your small or tall, you will find what you love at Tarpon! Thank you for your help and insight!

We live in Palm Harbor and shop at Tarpon Furniture, which is about a 45 minute drive, because they carry quality furniture at a fair price.
Recently we purchased two Flexsteel love seats and had an issue with one of them. We went to the store and sat down with Bruce and explained our concern. He patiently listened and discussed with us several options to resolve the issue. Bruce went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the resolution. A special thank you to technician Jason who was sent to our residence to make an exchange. He was professional and patient answering all of our questions. I cannot forget the office staff who always responded and were helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service at its finest.
