Wonderful experience. I ordered an entire house of furniture with Adam, who was absolutely amazing! As a manager, I know how hard it is to find employees with his qualities. If I could, I would steal him for my company lol.
Adam adjusted orders last minute for me, immediately fixed issues with delivery, answered my calls/texts even when he wasn't working and once on a holiday. These are good people to do business with. Adam helped me both times I visited the store, and on my second visit Ramsey was also very helpful. They gave me the best price, and they were the only store that had the color in stock today. We made the deal in store and I picked up my new couch at the warehouse an hour later. This place is terrific! I have never been more satisfied with a furniture purchase. I have purchased two couches, 2 tables, a love seat, a recliner and some bar stools from them. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Adam. They were able to come up with multiple options to fit what I was looking for and helped me stay well within budget. I could not believe how good their prices were! I was actually worried that I was getting scammed because everything was so affordable. The furniture I ordered all arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition so I shouldn’t have worried! Adam checked in to make sure everything arrived and that I was satisfied. In summary the furniture has been great, the prices are borderline unbeatable and the staff is amazing. I will not buy furniture from any other store!
