I just left the boardshop and it was an amazing experience! They have a separate ski and board shop and the service is amazing at both!

I had a binding with a weird issue and Jay was incredibly helpful and worked some magic to fix it.

The shop is also massive and has an amazing selection of boards and other apparel.

Walked away with a great new pair of snowboarding boots. I got amazing help from Anastasia, who took to time to show me possibly every single boot they had in stock, helped me weigh the pros and cons and get feedback from her other colleagues as well. I haven’t bought new boots in ~8 years, so she went through all the features and qualities so I was confident with my purchase. Strongly recommend shopping here- their knowledge, customer care and selection is amazing. Thanks Anastasia and team for the great experience!

Most rental places you go to are just transactional in and out. I went in to get a demo set of boots to see if I liked a particular brand and I got the best education snowboard boots ever! Sam took his time and we had a great conversation. He really made the simple task of renting a pair of boots an awesome experience. Way to go above and beyond. Being a Customer Service manager for 12 years really made me happy to see someone who loves their job and loves to make peoples time on the mountain better! He really elevated the rental process and I will always recommend Tahoe Daves because of the absolute amazing service I received! Wish I could give 10 stars out of 5. This place truly deserves it. We also got skis at the ski shop next door and they didn’t skip a beat either! It truly goes to show that great customer service is so ingrained in their culture and not just living within one individual! Great job!!!!!!!!!! I will be back!

HIGHLY recommend using these guys if you want a knowledgeable take on your demo/rental. Demo’d 3 different boards and ended up buying a full setup. Danika & David were hugely helpful and will be coming back again for anything I need in the future. Thanks guys!

John is the best snowboard pro/tech I've come across in a while. He solved a snowboard issue that the best snowboard shop in SoCal couldn't figure out. On top of that, he's been riding for years--knows his stuff! Totally cool dude, friendly and helpful. Come here for all your snowboard needs and avoid those pompous, faux-pros, and their over-priced garbage at The Ledge at Squaw Valley (read my recent zero star review). Thanks again, John. If I ever see ya I'm buying you a beer!

First time snowboarding, they gave such a wonderful board that was slick and while a little difficult to handle for a beginner, was the smoothest ride ever. Snow never stuck to the bottom of the board and they were extremely friendly folk.
