If the incident yesterday wouldn't have happened, I'd give 5 stars easily because the flowers are beautiful and delivery has been flawless anytime I've ordered, but the lack of compassion when my mom called up to order flowers for my grandmother's FUNERAL was insane. The employee my mom talked to abruptly, and rather rudely, asked who when she mentioned that her mom had died and LAUGHED when she found out it wasn't the person she was thinking it was based off of the caller ID. I understand the relief of realizing it's not someone you know but to respond in the way that the employee did is unacceptable. Making my mom cry because you were awful in your response and lacked sympathy is unacceptable. As a florist, you should know that people order flowers for all kinds of occasions and that, unfortunately, includes when people have passed. Do better in how you respond to customers. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

How does my mother calling this store to order flowers for her mother's funeral end with my mother in tears? Whoever answered the phone showed a complete lack of compassion. Word of advice, if someone calls to order flowers for a funeral, don't immediately ask "WHO?" then laugh in relief when you realize that it's not someone that you know. Unreal.

Ordered sympathy/thinking of you flowers for my mother .
I unfortunately live far away so I trusted the online ordering and was NOT disappointed. I ordered in the morning and a beautiful bouquet was delivered by lunchtime. She lives in a rural area of Keystone too ! The flowers were even bigger/ fuller / fresher than in the photo online . I will definitely be using them again to send her flowers, but for a happier occasion ❤️

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner, fresh, full and absolutely beautiful! They put a big smile on my mom's face and made her day. My son had purchased a prom corsage from another florist shop. When he picked it up the morning of prom, it was a total disaster. The flowers that were promised were missing and it was very poorly assembled. We immediately contacted Sweet P's and explained the situation. They were happy to promptly remake and redesign the corsage. It was absolutely beautiful! I will only use Sweet P's from this point forward and will highly recommend to anyone else.
